About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for major projects across the New York City area. The ideal candidate is an experienced, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in complex construction environments, ensures seamless coordination across teams, and upholds the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Manage subcontractors, site schedules, budgets, materials, and logistics.
• Enforce and maintain Sinclair’s safety, quality control, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and inspectors to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress reports.
• Mentor and develop field staff to strengthen Sinclair’s culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant construction management experience, including at least 5 years as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial or multifamily projects.
• Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, permitting, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• NYC Superintendent License required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Competitive salary range: $190,000 – $230,000, commensurate with experience
