Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Construction Superintendent for a leading commercial construction organization delivering complex projects across a diverse range of markets. This is an onsite, field-based position in Lansing, Michigan.
The Senior Construction Superintendent will provide hands‑on leadership for complex commercial construction projects, coordinating trade partners, suppliers, project teams, and clients to ensure successful project execution. This role will oversee project scheduling, safety, quality, logistics, budget tracking, and client communication from preconstruction through closeout.
The salary range for this position is $100,000–$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
