Job summary

Scion Staffing is seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead onsite field operations for complex commercial projects in Lansing, MI. You will coordinate trade partners, suppliers, and project teams to ensure schedule, safety, quality, and budget goals are met from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive safety initiatives while building strong

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for complex commercial construction projects, coordinating trade partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to meet schedule, safety, quality, and budget goals.
• Develop and manage project logistics, operations, safety, scheduling, work sequencing, material deliveries, inspections, and long-lead items from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, owners, inspectors, and trade partners to resolve design, scheduling, and execution issues.
• Champion jobsite safety and quality control by conducting meetings, inspections, documenting incidents, and holding trade partners accountable.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, logs, drawings, change orders, schedules, and dashboards using Procore.
