Job summary

Wolf Creek Contracting, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. The role requires supervising crews, ensuring quality, and adhering to timelines and safety policies.

You will read plans, coordinate with teams, and ensure paperwork accuracy while enforcing client safety policies and company guidelines. Experience in government contracting is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AS in CM a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in concrete or construction.
• At least 3 years supervising construction.
• Minimum 5 years of government contracting experience.
• Understanding of construction means/methods for commercial/institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crew and prioritizes work.
• Monitors crew work for quality.
• Reads and follows plans, material lists and timelines.
• Conducts regular safety meetings.
• Performs project layout and completes required paperwork promptly.
• Organizes, leads, and trains crew to meet timelines.
• Enforces company and client safety policies.
• Manages timesheets and payroll deadlines.
