Job summary

Wolverine Builders Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on our largest and most complex projects. You will direct large field crews, coordinate multiple trades, and uphold safety, quality, and schedule integrity on site in Arizona and New Mexico.

This senior leadership role requires proven experience running commercial/industrial jobs, with authority to drive work to completion on time, within spec, and with strong field management.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level superintendent experience.
• Ability to manage large field crews and multiple trades.
• Leads other leaders and earns respect of trades.
• Masterful in scheduling, phasing, and critical-path management.
• Uncompromising on safety and quality on site.
• Total command of work: plans, specs, code, means and methods.

Responsibilities

• Total Site Leadership — direct large field crews and coordinate all trades; final field authority on site.
• Schedule & Production — own master field schedule and look-aheads; coordinate at scale.
• Quality & Inspections — enforce build-it-right standards; own inspection process.
• Safety Leadership — set safety culture; ensure OSHA compliance; stop-work authority.
• Team Development — mentor assistant/area superintendents and field staff.
• Project & Owner Coordination — report field status, risks, and forecasts to leadership.
