Job summary

You will partner with internal stakeholders, develop category strategies, and drive supplier performance while meeting project milestones. This role requires travel and on-site work at Starbase in a fast-paced environment with a strong execution mindset.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or bachelor’s with 2+ years in engineering, supply chain, purchasing, or contract negotiation.
• Experience in construction management or industrial projects preferred.
• Strong budget tracking and cost analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management process for construction projects.
• Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and meet purchasing targets.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to create strategic sourcing models.
• Communicate, manage, and drive compliance to category strategies and KPIs.
• Identify and execute cost reduction projects and provide progress updates.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to maximize value and minimize risk.
