Job summary

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive cost reductions and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

The role requires advanced degrees or a bachelor’s with 2+ years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and experience with construction contracts and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree; or bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, supply chain, purchasing, contract negotiation, or related fields.
• Experience in construction project procurement and cost management.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management process for project execution.
• Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk, meet targets, and optimize payment terms and costs.
• Build relationships to create strategic sourcing models and drive continuous cost reduction.
• Manage supplier performance through SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead cost reduction projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Perform financial analyses to identify cost improvements and impacts of decisions.
• Define procurement processes from PO to pay to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with legal to create and maintain contract documents.
