Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for Construction to support Starbase, TX projects. You will develop and implement a tight contract management process and lead sourcing strategies that reduce risk and drive cost savings across multiple categories.

The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, strong negotiation and analytics, and the ability to travel up to 20% while supporting major construction milestones on the Starship program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as a minimum requirement.
• Experience in construction project management or cost estimation is preferred.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred.
• Strong budget tracking and cost analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work extended hours when milestones demand.
