Job summary

Future, a Primoris Company, is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee daily operations on assigned projects in Houston. You will ensure safety compliance, monitor schedules, inspect sites, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver quality work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in construction management software preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations on assigned projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies
• Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements
• Manage material deliveries and site logistics
• Willingness to travel if needed
• Resolve complaints with property owners where our personnel are working
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate staffing
• Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to lead technicians
• Other duties as assigned
