Job summary

Primoris Services Corp. is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee daily operations on assigned projects in Texas.

You will ensure safety compliance, monitor schedules, conduct site inspections, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to meet plans and specifications. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, resolving on-site issues, coordinating staffing, managing materials and logistics, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations on assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively and implement corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage material deliveries and site logistics.
• Needs to be willing to travel if needed.
• Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate staffing.
• Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to the lead technicians.
• Other duties as assigned.
