Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of construction management experience.
• Proven success supervising schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site leadership, coordinate subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules and resources, ensure safety standards.
• Maintain primary communication between field operations, PM, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage design/implementation plans for systems architecture integration.
• Plan labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation: logs, schedules, budgets, RFIs, changes.
• Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Lead site inspections to enforce OSHA standards and codes.
• Coordinate with electrical, software, mechanical teams to align objectives.
