Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure an exceptional project delivery. You will oversee self-performed and contracted work, enforce safety and quality, and align with contract documents and schedules.

You will guide sequencing, logistics, and KPI tracking, mentor teams, and maintain relationships with stakeholders. The role demands problem-solving to overcome on-site obstacles and strong communication across audiences.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience with safety regulations (OSHA) and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely and quality installation of contracted work for a project or scope.
• Cultivate safety and quality among Clark employees and trade contractors and conduct safety inspections.
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage jobsite logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Ensure a high quality of work aligned with project and company standards.
• Take initiative to deliver a project on schedule and on budget.
• Develop and communicate the project schedule with stakeholders.
