Job summary

Bartlett Cocke General Contractors is seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Scheduling Manager to join our Central Texas team in Austin. You will lead project scheduling, coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, and support procurement tracking and construction technologies.

The role requires strong organization, collaboration, and communication, with a background in scheduling and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience in engineering and construction industries.
• Background in project controls, scheduling or VDC/BIM.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with scheduling standards and best practices.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject preferred.
• Understanding of procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules across sizes and complexities.
• Lead preconstruction planning sessions with teams and stakeholders.
• Establish baselines in coordination with Field Operations.
• Oversee schedule development and updates through the lifecycle.
• Travel to project sites for monthly schedule updates.
• Monitor progress and data entry for performance tracking.
• Analyze production data and report KPIs for leadership.
• Prepare portfolio-level schedule summaries.
