Job summary

Jerseydigs in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to oversee the Scheduling team across multiple construction projects. You will prepare and maintain schedules, develop baseline CPM logic, monitor progress, and communicate execution plans while guiding a team of Scheduling Engineers and project staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience on large construction projects.
• Scheduling certifications (AACE PSP PMI-SP) are desirable.
• Experience in construction project engineering and supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in interpreting contract documents and schedules.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Scheduling group activities on one or more construction projects.
• Develop full CPM-based baseline schedules and monitor progress against baselines.
• Communicate project execution plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead monthly progress updates with narrative and look-ahead schedules.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, and Construction teams to prepare schedules.
• Integrate BIM/4D models with scheduling and logistics planning.
• Apply Last Planner System in project scheduling and reviews.
• Provide scheduling training and promote adherence to scheduling playbooks.
• Support BD and marketing activities with scheduling-related documentation.
