Job summary

Alberici Constructors in St. Louis, MO seeks a Scheduling Manager to develop, maintain and analyze project schedules. You will lead field schedulers, scheduling consultants, and project teams to ensure baselines and execution plans align with contracts.

Supports 4D models, risk analysis, and performance forecasting across North American projects. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 7+ years of scheduling experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant scheduling/construction experience.
• Proficient knowledge of scheduling software and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules and baselines.
• Lead field schedulers, scheduling consultants, and project teams.
• Perform schedule updates, risk analyses, and performance forecasting.
• Provide SOP-compliant scheduling controls and documentation.
• Coach and supervise project-site schedulers and ensure timely reporting.
• Travel to company and client locations across North America as needed.
