Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead the project scheduling effort at designated sites. The role focuses on coordinating with field and office teams, ensuring schedule integrity, and driving timely bi-monthly updates.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in CM/CE and 5+ years of scheduling experience, with strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Acumen, and MS Office. This on-site role reports to the Director of Scheduling Services and requires supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of schedule engineering systems and practices, especially Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total scheduling effort to ensure project execution per schedule.
• Interface with supervisor, trades, PM, client reps, A/E and other contractors as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with Director of Scheduling, PM and Superintendent.
