Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Controls – Senior Scheduler to support the planning, development, maintenance, analysis and reporting of design and construction schedules for projects in the Boston area.

The ideal candidate has extensive CPM knowledge, Primavera P6 experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with project teams in a client-focused environment. This position requires experience with vertical construction and complex schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience or equivalency.
• Experience preparing resource-loaded CPM schedules.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• Review contractor schedules for compliance with requirements.
• Perform schedule reviews including logic, durations, float, and critical paths.
• Prepare biweekly and monthly schedule update analyses and progress reports.
• Assess progress against baselines and milestones.
• Investigate schedule impacts and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop look-ahead and recovery schedules.
• Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIAs).
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities and propose actions.
• Conduct site visits to validate progress.
