Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Scheduler for our Dallas region to manage detailed project schedules for high-profile construction projects, including data centers and hospitals. You will use Primavera P6 to track timelines, identify milestones, and coordinate with project managers for accurate updates.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in scheduling and construction, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a BIM/PM mindset to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in scheduling, construction, and project management.
• Experience with data centers and hospitals is preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across administrative sites.
• Coordinate with project managers to obtain accurate updates.
• Identify milestones and integrate into the project schedule.
• Provide schedule status reports and forecasts to the team.
• Monitor schedule to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Proactively identify schedule risks and propose mitigations.
• Assist in developing proposals and bids as required.
