Creative Contractors in Tampa Bay, a leading local commercial construction firm, seeks a Scheduling Manager to develop and oversee schedules for major projects. You’ll coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to plan timelines and mitigate delays.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in CM or engineering, 5+ years in scheduling, and expertise in Primavera P6; MS Project and Planera are a plus. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6; MS Project and Planera a plus.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, means and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specs.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with delay analysis and recovery scheduling.
• Experience across healthcare, education, office, parking, municipal projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
• Set scheduling standards, templates, and best practices.
• Review, approve, and quality-check schedules for owners.
• Collaborate during planning and bidding to develop early-phase schedules.
• Monitor and maintain schedules with field data and adjustments.
• Analyze CPM and milestones to identify risks and delays.
• Visit sites to gather schedule updates.
• Mentor teams on reading and using schedules.
• Ensure schedules reflect contracts, phasing, sequencing, and resource loading.
• Provide schedule reports, look-aheads, delays analyses, and recovery plans.
• Develop TIAs to support change orders and time extensions.
• Lead pull planning sessions with project teams.
