Job summary

Garney in Tampa, FL seeks a Project Scheduler to lead comprehensive project schedules from concept to operations. This full-time role includes ESOP participation and full benefits, with local travel as needed.

You will develop schedules, coordinate with site stakeholders, and create visual tools to track progress, risks, and resource loading. Strong communication and advanced scheduling software skills are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Primavera Cloud and P6.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years of heavy civil construction scheduler experience.
• Strong communication and analytical/problem solving skills.
• Preferred experience with 4D/5D BIM Modeling and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules from RFP through estimating, preconstruction, and operations.
• Attend job site meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and visit job sites to develop schedules.
• Develop standard and custom graphs and charts for site personnel.
• Build and maintain a database of activity groups with as-built information.
• Prepares Time Impact Analyses for schedule and budget risks.
• Support timely and accurate baseline schedule submissions per procedures.
