Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. in Panama City, FL is seeking a seasoned Scheduler for federal construction programs. The role requires developing and maintaining CPM schedules using Primavera P6, and coordinating with project teams to track progress on government contracts.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree, at least 7 years of scheduling experience on large federal projects, and familiarity with Primavera P6 and RMS 3.0. CCM or PSP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 7 years scheduling experience on large federal government projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6 (01 32 01.00 10) and RMS 3.0.
• CCM or PSP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform as-built schedule analysis for contractor requests for equitable adjustments and claims.
• Create and implement CPM Baseline Schedule with Primavera P6.
• Update monthly construction schedule with narratives and progress analysis.
• Ensure contractor schedules logically plan the work, identify milestones, and predict completion dates.
• Provide an accurate as-built record from NTP to final acceptance; assess durations, cost loading, activity coding and WBS.
• Participate in monthly schedule review meetings with client and contractor; produce reports in Primavera.
• Perform schedule impact analysis for modifications; produce supporting analyses.
• Produce schedule fragnets for change orders.
• Analyze current and future workload in Primavera P6.
• Provide manpower resourcing reports.
• Analyze contractor schedules and advise client on revisions.
