Job summary

Garver LLC in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to develop, review, and maintain critical path schedules for multiple projects. The role requires expert use of Primavera P6 and MS Projects, strong project controls skills, and leadership of scheduling efforts across large projects.

The candidate will mentor junior schedulers, develop baseline schedules, and support claims mitigation while interfacing with project teams and stakeholders. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with project scheduling.
• Proficient knowledge of EPPM and scheduling software.
• Expert user of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of periodic project controls reporting.
• Lead or direct the setup and reviews of project controls status (cost contract, WBS, schedule, resources, etc.).
• Lead scheduling efforts on large and/or multiple projects.
• Develop baseline schedules and oversee schedule development/maintenance.
• Support claims evaluation/mitigation issues.
• Mentor Schedulers/Junior Schedulers.
• Develop scheduling materials for proposals.
