Hittle Landscaping is seeking a skilled Scheduler/Construction Coordinator to maintain the master construction schedule and a rolling two- to four-week look-ahead for Commercial Construction and Production Homes. You will integrate PM priorities, field readiness, crew capacity, materials, equipment, and subcontractor availability into a clear, actionable plan.

You will collect inputs from PMs, field leaders, irrigation teams, procurement, and subs; track prerequisites; identify conflicts; and

• Two or more years in scheduling, dispatch, or project coordination within construction.
• Strong organization and ability to manage changing priorities among teams.
• Ability to understand sequencing and confirm readiness versus tentative dates.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Teams, and scheduling/work-order systems.
• Clear communication with factual options to resolve conflicts.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain master construction schedule and 2–4 week look-ahead for both divisions with daily updates.
• Collect and validate scheduling inputs from PMs, field leaders, irrigation teams, procurement, and subs.
• Track prerequisites such as site readiness, approvals, materials, access, and equipment.
• Identify resource conflicts and present options to GM for decisions.
• Publish crew assignments and schedule changes; confirm updates reach affected teams.
• Coordinate material and equipment timing with owners to align with work.
• Maintain work orders, tickets, dates, status, and scheduling records in Aspire or approved systems.
• Track planned vs. actual starts/completions; record delay reasons for reports.
• Support scheduling meetings with concise constraints and deadlines.
• Maintain revisions and flag incomplete information; avoid basing on assumptions.
• Use Aspire data as a planning tool to support decisions, not just record-keeping.
