Job summary

Acousti Engineering Company of Florida is seeking a Construction Scheduler to develop, monitor, and optimize schedules for drywall, framing, acoustical ceilings, and related projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Eng, Arch, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent construction scheduling experience will be considered.
• 3–7+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with commercial drywall, framing, acoustical ceilings, or interior systems preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of critical path scheduling methods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed baseline schedules for drywall, framing, acoustical ceilings, and finishing activities.
• Create and maintain project timelines from preconstruction through closeout.
• Identify milestones, critical path activities, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate manpower planning and workforce allocation across projects.
• Monitor subcontractor, material, and equipment delivery schedules.
• Track progress, update schedules, and communicate variances and impacts.
• Produce weekly and monthly schedule reports and maintain documentation.
• Support delay analysis and recovery scheduling when needed.
