Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Scheduler for our Dallas, TX construction team. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and coordinating high-profile projects in data centers and hospitals, using Primavera P6 to track timelines and progress.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of scheduling and project management experience, strong communication skills, and is able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling, specifically with Data Centers and Hospitals.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes including planning, design, procurement, and construction execution.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
• Coordinate with project managers and other leads to gather accurate schedule updates.
• Identify project milestones and integrate them into the project schedule.
• Analyze project schedules and provide status reports to the project team.
• Monitor and review the project schedule to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide forecasts and schedule updates as required.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for all scheduling tasks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and confirm schedule details.
• Proactively identify potential schedule impacts and propose solutions to maintain timelines.
• Assist in development of project proposals and bids as required.
