Electric Company is seeking a highly motivated scheduler to support our construction team and clients in Raleigh, Charlotte, or Greensboro, NC. You will build and update project schedules, coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and procurement to ensure on-time completion of milestones.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in large construction, strong CPM skills, and excellent communication. Expect field collaboration, client interfacing, and travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects.
• 2+ years of direct scheduling experience in critical path management with a history of successful schedule compression and mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of construction technology, codes and standards, and interdependencies between functions.
• Experience with cost control methods used in EPC, CM, Design-Build, T&M, and Maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule projects from conceptual planning through engineering and construction.
• Develop resource- and cost-loaded schedules with milestones and critical path items.
• Create schedule logic, durations, and resource loading aligned with scope.
• Assess design changes and schedule slippages; notify leadership of updates.
• Interface with clients, attend meetings, and provide project reports.
• Travel to project sites and other offices to participate in meetings and updates.
