Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join a Raleigh, NC team. The role drives construction project schedules, coordinates with PMs and engineers, and helps ensure milestones are met on time and within budgets.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in construction scheduling, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project in a consulting or project environment. Raleigh location with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• BS or MS in engineering or construction discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of construction industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of construction project scheduling experience.
• Experience with scheduling software and project management principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule impacts, delays, and potential risks.
• Analyze project data and recommend solutions to mitigate schedule risks.
• Generate schedule reports and provide project status updates to stakeholders.
• Support resource planning and allocation efforts across multiple projects.

This role is critical to the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and maintaining project schedules, collaborating with project teams, identifying potential risks, and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within established milestones.
