Job summary

Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager to build and manage project schedules, including critical path, subcontract input, and integration into Client’s Master Schedule. Expertise in CPM scheduling and Primavera/Microsoft Project is required.

The role features a hybrid work setup with weekly travel to the Meridian headquarters for in-person collaboration and team coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the construction industry.
• 8+ years in a role where critical path scheduling was integral.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and Primavera scheduling software.
• Ability to build and maintain CPM schedules utilizing input from project team, subcontractors and Clients.
• Ability to build out Level 1-5 project schedules from construction drawings.
• Understanding of schedule logic, float analysis and critical path analysis.
• Ability to import and export P6 schedules for integration into a Master Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and update critical path schedules in Primavera and/or Microsoft Project.
• Conduct pull planning or other methods to establish a baseline schedule and secure buy-in.
• Provide schedule narratives to team and management on updates and variances.
• Maintain schedule documentation: baseline, biweekly updates, and look-aheads for contractors.
• Incorporate subcontractor updates and integrate the construction schedule into a Client’s Master Schedule.
• Perform time impact analysis and support change management with schedule alignment to scope.
