Job summary

MAAS Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler for the LACCD program to build and coordinate project schedules, review contractor submissions, and perform time impact analyses and cost-loaded schedules to forecast cash flow.

You will evaluate change orders, run earned value analyses, participate in negotiations, and report progress from multiple sites. MAAS is employee-owned (ESOP) with a stable, growth-oriented culture and strong emphasis on collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling on large construction programs.
• Advanced Primavera; MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with time impact analysis and change orders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and coordinate project schedules for the program.
• Review contractor schedules for contract compliance and quality.
• Evaluate change orders and amendments for budget and schedule impact.
• Run time impact analysis on delays and participate in negotiations.
• Run critical path and earned value analyses.
• Identify schedule problems early and propose fixes.
• Visit sites for progress reporting.
• Review contractor progress and present findings to management.
• Review and evaluate contractor recovery schedules.
• Do cost analysis and build cost loaded schedules for cash flow.
