Qualifications

• 10 years of construction safety experience with an undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Ability to manage large, high-profile projects.
• Proof of training in crane, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds, and heavy equipment safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Clark safety culture on a project.
• Oversee safety of employees, trade partners, and general public.
• Enforce safety programs and local, state, and federal standards.
• Mentor staff and manage client expectations effectively.
• Develop and implement project-specific safety programs.
• Coordinate with field supervision to mitigate hazards during construction.
• Lead safety education for jobsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Engage in third-party safety reviews and OSHA interactions.
• Support workers' compensation management and incident response.
