Job summary

You will lead safety staff, oversee audits and investigations, and drive continuous improvement with operations managers and subcontractors while analyzing safety data to reduce incidents and injuries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety and health or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in safety and health in the construction industry preferred.
• Demonstrates understanding of OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the Company Safety and Health Program at assigned location(s).
• Lead safety staff to ensure effective application of the Safety and Health Management System.
• Investigate injuries, illnesses, and incidents; develop strategies to reduce occurrences.
