Clark Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to lead safety on world-class construction projects in the McLean, VA and Baltimore, MD areas.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety standards, developing safe work plans, and mentoring field staff to ensure a culture of care. The role requires strong communication with supervisors, partners, and executives, plus experience managing complex projects and safety training across phases.

Qualificações

• 10 years of relevant construction safety experience with a safety-related undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Experience managing large scale, high-profile projects.
• Training in crane, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds, and heavy equipment safety.
• Experience with workers' compensation and safety program development.
