ManpowerGroup’s Experis division is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to join its Construction Management team in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will drive a proactive safety program, align site practices with company requirements, and hold crews accountable to maintain a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include tracking leading indicators, analyzing incidents, and coordinating with technical and administrative stakeholders to prevent incidents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction safety, production operations, or safety management with demonstrated technical credibility.
• Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability to influence outcomes on active job sites.
• Risk-based thinking and proactive, independent decision-making to manage time and prioritize safety actions.
• Professional diplomacy and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders to resolve concerns and maintain accountability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the construction safety culture aligns with Company safety requirements and hold the construction team accountable to maintain the strongest possible site safety culture.
• Support facility management and maintenance operations by helping prevent recordable incidents through consistent, risk-based safety practices.
• Track leading indicators and incident metrics to identify trends, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Review operations and coordinate with technical and administrative stakeholders to resolve production and processing safety issues.
• Support production tracking and quality control systems by analyzing safety-related performance and maintenance needs to detect and prevent problems early.
