Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Construction Safety Manager based in Princeton, NJ. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of construction safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards while providing support to the construction team.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in safety management, preferably within the power generation industry. The position offers a salary range of $115,000 – $135,000 USD and eligibility for an annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in safety and training or 6 years in a related discipline.
• Previous experience in power generation, especially wind or solar preferred.
• Ability to travel between plants 40 - 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct internal safety audits and inspections.
