Clearway Energy Group in San Francisco is seeking a Construction Safety Manager responsible for overseeing construction field safety and managing compliance with safety regulations. The successful candidate will support safety training development and work closely with construction teams to address health and safety issues.
The role requires 3-5 years of experience in safety, preferably in the power generation sector, and a high school diploma. Strong communication skills and knowledge of OSHA standards are essential for success.
Reporting to the Director of Safety, the Construction Safety Manager is responsible for all aspects of Construction Field safety at Clearway. The primary objective is to provide Safety support to the Construction organization, manage EPC safety requirements, and manage Clearway safety representatives at the sites. Will additionally support Safety policy and procedure development as well as supporting Safety related training. This role is a strong partner with the Construction Team and Human Resources.

Salary Range (U.S.): $115,000 – $135,000 USD. The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.
