Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to oversee all aspects of construction safety in Denver, Colorado. This role involves managing regional safety specialists and coordinating compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the power generation sector and a strong foundation in safety protocols. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in safety and training, or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in the power generation industry, wind or solar preferred.
• Ability to travel between plants 40 - 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage Regional Construction Safety Specialists.
• Coordinate with Construction Management and Site Managers.
• Conduct internal safety and health audits.
