Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to oversee all aspects of construction safety in Denver, Colorado. This role involves managing regional safety specialists and coordinating compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the power generation sector and a strong foundation in safety protocols. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reporting to the Director of Safety, the Construction Safety Manager is responsible for all aspects of Construction Field safety at Clearway. The primary objective is to provide Safety support to the Construction organization, manage EPC safety requirements, and manage Clearway safety representatives at the sites. Will additionally support Safety policy and procedure development as well as supporting Safety related training. This role is a strong partner with the Construction Team and Human Resources.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.
Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations
$115,000 — $135,000 USD
