Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a Manager, Construction Safety to lead safety across pipelines, compressor stations, and related facilities. You will work with project teams and contractors to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with safety expectations and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction safety for large-scale projects, OSHA 30-Hour, API/ASME/AWS knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of construction safety experience (pipeline/oil & gas/industrial).
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification.
• Experience with API, ASME, AWS, and construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction safety leadership across capital projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Review safety plans, JHAs/AHAs, and site-specific safety programs.
• Maintain a strong field presence to verify compliance with safety requirements.
