CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Safety Supervisor to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive accident prevention programs across projects, with a strong focus on construction safety.

The role includes field assessments, inspections, training delivery, and supporting incident investigations to ensure regulatory compliance and safe work practices. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years in construction safety, OSHA 30 Construction certification, and STS-C or higher within 90 days.

Qualifications

• BS degree or 5-7 years of related experience and at least 2 years supervising safety protocols and programs.
• Minimum 5 years in construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• STS-C or above are required within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage accident prevention programs.
• Develop and facilitate training programs.
• Conduct work area assessments.
• Perform and document jobsite inspections and audits.
• Coordinate and conduct safety meetings and training programs.
• Assist with incident investigations and job hazard analyses.
• Provide coaching to improve safety behaviors.
