Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 2–3 years in related safety practice.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification required.
• STS-C or CHST certification within 90 days of employment.
• Electrical safety experience preferred and union-aware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer accident prevention programs on construction sites.
• Develop and facilitate safety training programs.
• Conduct work area assessments and jobsite inspections.
• Coordinate safety meetings and training for employees.
• Support incident investigations and job hazard analyses.
• Provide coaching to promote safe behaviors among crews.
