You will enforce safety policies, mentor staff, and develop site-specific safety plans to ensure compliant work environments. You will educate crews, coordinate with project supervisors, and drive a proactive safety culture with emphasis on crane, fall protection, excavation, and scaffold safety.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction safety experience or equivalent safety/trade background.
• Ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Proof of training in crane, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds, and heavy equipment safety.
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization in a deadline-driven environment.
• Agile, data-driven approach to achieving objectives while balancing short- and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Clark safety culture on a project and oversee safety of employees, trade partners, and the public.
• Enforce corporate and project safety programs and local regulations; mentor safety staff.
• Identify exposures and recommend corrective actions; develop project-specific safety plans.
• Coordinate safety education for jobsite personnel including subcontractors; conduct third-party safety reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and retain safety professionals; build relationships with industry professionals.
