Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Safety Professional to protect employees, trade partners, and the public on world-class projects. You will enforce Clark's Safety and Health Policy, integrate federal, state, and local standards, and lead safety education with project supervisors to develop safe work plans.

You will drive the safety culture, assess exposures, coordinate training, mentor staff, and participate in third‑party reviews such as OSHA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience with a related degree.
• Ability to communicate and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
• Experience with crane, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive Clark safety culture on a project site.
• Oversee safety of employees, trade partners, and the public.
• Enforce safety programs and applicable standards.
• Develop site-specific safety plans with project supervisors.
• Mentor safety staff and assist in their development.
• Identify exposures and recommend corrective action.
