Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in project or program risk management in construction/infrastructure.
• Preferred certifications (RMP/PRMP/DRMP) or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured risk identification workshops with project teams.
• Assess risks to schedule, budget, and quality using industry-standard methods.
• Analyze schedules, contracts, and site conditions for vulnerabilities.
• Model cost and schedule uncertainty, including Monte Carlo simulations.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and event models.
• Create Risk Management Plans aligned with project requirements.
