STV is seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join our Project Controls team in Dallas. You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting quality, schedule, and financial performance across projects.

The ideal candidate has a construction risk management background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex risk data into actionable insights for stakeholders. A proactive, collaborative approach is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of risk management experience in construction or infrastructure.
• RMP/PRMP/DRMP preferred; obtaining certification within six months encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate risk identification workshops with project teams and stakeholders.
• Assess risks impacting schedule, budget, and quality using standard tools and methods.
• Review contracts and schedules to uncover vulnerabilities and uncertainties.
• Model cost and schedule uncertainty, including Monte Carlo simulations.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and risk management plans aligned with project requirements.
• Provide risk advisory support to project teams and present findings to leadership.
