Job summary

STV seeks a Risk Management Specialist to join the Project Controls team in the United States. You will identify and assess risks related to schedule, cost, and quality, and translate complex data into actionable insights for project stakeholders.

You will lead risk workshops, develop risk registers and management plans, and provide advisory support across project phases, delivering clear risk reports to senior leaders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil eng, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project or program risk management in construction or infrastructure.
• Certification: RMP/PRMP/DRMP preferred; six months to obtain is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk identification workshops with project teams.
• Evaluate risks impacting timelines, budgets, quality.
• Analyze schedules, contracts, and site conditions to spot vulnerabilities.
• Model cost and schedule uncertainty, including Monte Carlo.
• Develop risk registers and risk management plans.
• Provide risk advisory to project teams during all phases.
• Present risk reports and dashboards to leadership.
