The role requires a strong background in risk management for large-scale construction, with experience in industrial environments and proficiency in risk analytics tools like Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project controls, construction management, or capital project risk management.
• Experience supporting large-scale capital construction projects valued at $1B+ in industrial/semi-conductor environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the construction risk management framework, including governance, risk identification, assessment, escalation, and reporting processes.
• Own the program risk register, ensuring risks are quantified, assigned, actively managed, and tracked through closure.
• Conduct quantitative schedule and cost risk analyses, including Monte Carlo simulations, contingency planning, and forecast development.
• Partner with project teams, contractors, procurement, and stakeholders to develop and execute mitigation strategies for construction and operational risks.
• Deliver executive-level risk reporting, facilitate cross-functional risk reviews, and support informed decision making.
