The position serves as the owner's on-site representative, monitoring construction activities to verify compliance with plans, specifications, permits, safety requirements, approved submittals, and contract documents.Treatment plant construction experience is a required qualification for this position. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience supporting the construction, expansion, rehabilitation, startup, and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment facilities.
