Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction inspection/observation on water/wastewater/public infrastructure projects.
• 5+ years direct inspection/commissioning experience on water/wastewater treatment plant projects.
• At least 50% of experience in water/wastewater facilities or treatment processes.
• NICET Certification (preferred).
• APWA-CPII Certification (preferred).
• TCEQ Water/Wastewater Operator Licenses (preferred).
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and construction observations.
• Monitor contractor activities for plan/spec/permit compliance.
• Document deficiencies, non-conforming work and safety concerns.
• Verify quantities and assist with measurement and payment documentation.
• Monitor progress and report delays and impacts.
• Witness testing, inspections, and acceptance procedures per specs.
• Support substantial completion, final acceptance, and closeout activities.
