Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) to lead the implementation of the Quality Control Plan across multiple projects and ensure compliance with ISO and Department of Defense standards.

The role requires US citizenship and ability to obtain the necessary customer clearance. The position emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a secure, federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
• Due to the secure environment of this position US citizenship is required.
• Current Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM).
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• OSHA 30 would be beneficial, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply health and safety regulations, practices, and procedures.
• Maintain strong attention to detail with solid organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Communicate information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences with varying levels of expertise.
• Define and document guidelines for quality assurance metrics.
• Develop, document, and implement approved procedural changes.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
