Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and develop the project QA/QC plan and staff.
• Lead QA/QC team and ensure full compliance with contract docs.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Direct testing, inspections, RFIs, documentation and cost-change tracking.
• Oversee project close-out and quality reporting; ensure ethics and safety.
